Orders & Acceptance

Pricing & Payments

Custom Products & Variations
We make each patch according to your specific requirements. Custom products can have small differences in colours, size, sewing, or other features.
These variations are normal in the patch-making industry and don’t indicate a defect. By making an order, you agree with this fact.
Refunds & Returns
As the goods are customized according to your requirements, therefore, once the manufacture process is started, no refund or return of goods will be considered.
In case you think that there might be some defect with the manufacture, then you have to let us know within 7 days from the time of delivery of your order. The non-customized products can be considered for return if used before.

When you upload any art, logo, or design to The Patches Club, you confirm that you have all the rights needed to reproduce that work. Please do not provide any protected material without adequate consent.

The Patches Club isn’t liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using our website, as allowed by law.
We are only responsible for the amount we received for that specific purchase. We can’t promise our website will always be perfect, but we do everything we can to keep it safe.
