Refund & Return Policy

In The Patches Club, we always ensure that customer satisfaction is at the core of our business. We strive to offer you only high-quality custom patches, meeting all your requirements. Most of our items are made-to-order, so our return and refund policy is different from standard ones. The following policy states the circumstances under which refunds and returns will be considered.

Custom Orders

Most items are tailored to your design, size, colour, and other details. Such customized items are non-refundable once production begins. Before production begins, we provide a design proof for your review. Check for mistakes in spelling, colour codes, sizes, layouts, and other key parts of your patch design. Once you approve the design and production begins, you may not change, cancel, or refund the order.

Eligibility for Returns

We will only accept returns when there are definite problems with the product. You can process returns when there are the following:

  • Damages or defects in the product
  • A serious mistake in the manufacturing process
  • Problems with the final product compared to the approved design

Small differences in colour, stitch work, or finishing are normal in manufacturing. They aren’t defects. Differences can happen due to things like your computer monitor’s settings and more.

Reporting an Issue

If you notice a problem with your purchase, please let us know within 7 days of delivery. Claims that are submitted beyond this period may not be honored.

Here are the things you need to provide for your claim:

  • Order number
  • Problem Description
  • Proof of problem through photos

Our team will review your case and respond promptly with the next steps.

Inspection and Resolution

After reviewing your claim, we may need you to return the items for examination. We will determine if the items are eligible for a replacement, partial refund, or credit based on this examination.

If we find that the issue was due to a faulty product or our error, we will:

  • Re-make the item free of charge, or
  • Provide an appropriate refund or credit

If the item meets the approved standards and changes are within limits, it might not qualify for a refund or replacement.

Refund Process

The refunds will be done in the same mode as the original form of payment where possible. Please note that how long it takes to receive the money may vary based on the bank the consumer uses. Our main goal is to process the refund right away. However, we know that financial institutions may cause delays. The refund can either be partial or in total, depending on the problem.

Non-Returnable Items

These products will not be considered for any return or refund:

  • Custom-made patches that comply with the design
  • Orders where the client has accepted the proof of the design
  • Products with minor acceptable deviations
  • Used, modified, or damaged products

Check the design proof closely before accepting it. This helps avoid any complications.

Return Shipping

If you can return your order, we’ll give you the shipping instructions. For returns due to our mistakes, like defective or wrong products, we’ll cover the return shipping costs. In case the return is not due to our error, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Unless there are errors on our part, we cannot refund shipping charges.

Exchanges

We do not allow the exchange of customized orders. In case the order qualifies for exchange, we will manufacture a new order following the specifications of the previous one.

Quality Commitment

Here at The Patches Club, we promise you quality products all the time. Every order is subjected to a quality check before shipment. Nevertheless, since our patches are made by means of specific procedures, minor differences may be observed as well. Communication will always be key to avoid any confusion on both ends.
